Hi, I'm Lars 👋. By day I'm a cloud architect, focused on AWS. In the evenings and weekends, I'm building Heldcraft — a small software studio, currently just me.

Heldcraft is pre-revenue and early. I'm figuring it out as I go — the product, the business, the ops, the writing. This blog is where I think out loud about that process: what I'm building, decisions I'm wrestling with, things I got wrong, things that worked.

The name came from the Dutch and German word for "hero" (held). I see it as a mission to build software with care, for problems worth solving.
